James Kingston made two bogeys without picking up a shot on his back nine on Saturday, but he was still handily placed in a share of fourth after the second round of the Legends Tour’s Barbados Legends hosted by Ian Woosnam at Apes Hill in Saint James.

After making four birdies and a bogey on the front nine, Kingston eventually carded a one-under-par 70 to move to five-under for the tournament. That put him just three strokes off the lead which was shared by Scott Hend of Australia and England’s Peter Baker, who had rounds of 66 and 67 respectively. They led by one from Shaun Micheel of the United States, while Kingston shared fourth with four other players.

Adilson Da Silva was also handily placed at four-under for the tournament in a share of ninth after carding one-under 70. He shared ninth with Angel Cabrera of Argentina.

Chris Williams was a further shot back on three-under in a share of 11th after a second-round two-under 69, and David Frost was on two-under after a level-par 71. Keith Horne had a one-under 70 to move to one-under for the tournament and a share of 22nd.
