Benjamin Follett-Smith of Zimbabwe rounded out a very solid week on Sunday with a closing two-under-par 69 giving him a ninth-place finish in the Challenge Tour’s Indoor Golf Group Challenge at Landeryds Golfklubb in Vesterby, Sweden.

Despite two early bogeys on the first and third holes, Follett-Smith made five birdies and one more bogey on the final day, and his finish will see him climb one place on the Road to Mallorca rankings to 14^th as he takes another step to earning his DP World Tour card for next season.

He finished the week on 14-under-par, seven strokes behind the winner, Maximilian Rottluff of Germany. Rottluff made made eight birdies and a double-bogey on his way to a six-under-par 65 and a three-stroke margin over runners-up Jesper Kristian Anderssen of Denmark and Sweden’s Jesper Svensson on 18-under.

Behind Follett-Smith, Jacques Kruyswijk slipped to a one-over 72 in the final round to finish in a share of 42^nd on six-under for the week.
