Jaco Ahlers held on during the third round on Sunday of the Asian Tour’s Mercuries Taiwan Masters at Taiwan Golf & Country Club in New Taipei City as he carded a level-par 72 to head into the final round in a share of fourth.

Ahlers made two birdies and two bogeys to stay at one-under-par for the tournament. That was just three shots off the 54-hole lead which was held by Taehee Lee of Korea and India’s S Chikkarangappa at four-under after they carded three-under-par 69 and one-under 71 respectively.

One shot behind Ahlers was Jbe’ Kruger, who had a one-over 73 in the third round to slip to level-par for the tournament and four shots shy of the lead.
