Paula Reto slipped to a one-over-par 73 on Friday, but remained in touch with the lead in a share of fourth place after the second round of the Ladies European Tour’s Aramco Saudi Ladies International at Riyadh Golf Club in Saudi Arabia.

Reto was just one off the first-round lead with her opening five-under-par 67, but a double-bogey on the seventh saw her slip to four-under for the tournament.

Leading, as she was after the first round, was Patty Tavatanakit of Thailand, who followed her opening 66 with a two-under-par 70. At eight-under, she led by two from Dane Nicole Broch Estrup and Belgium’s Manon De Roey.

Ashleigh Buhai improved to a two-under-par 70 in the second round to climb into a share of 17th at one-under.

Casandra Alexander and Nicole Garcia both missed the cut, which fell at three-over, after rounds of 73 and 72 respectively. They were both on five-over through 36 holes.
