In a low-scoring tournament, Aldrich Potgieter’s closing two-under 69 took him to 14-under-par and a share of 48th in the Korn Ferry Tour’s NV5 Invitational presented by Old National Bank in Glenville, Illinois.

Despite signing for four rounds in the 60s, including a 65 in the opening round, Potgieter was a gaping nine shots off the winning total of 25-under-par with his closing round including four birdies and a double-bogey.

Thomas Rosenmueller of Germany converted a two-stroke 54-hole lead into a two-stroke victory over 22-year-old Australian Karl Vilips. He became the 14th first-time winner on Tour this season.

There were four players on 22-under-par in a share of third, and another four on 21-under in a share of seventh. Five more were on 20-under-par in a share of 11th.
