Paula Reto will head into the final round of the LPGA Tour’s Blue Bay LPGA at Jian Lake Blue Bay Golf Course in Hainan Island, China, seven strokes off the lead after her third round of one-under-par 71 on Saturday.

Reto moved up into a share of 20th after she made an eagle on the third hole in her third round. She somewhat blew that advantage with bogeys on four and seven, but she got cack under par for her round with a birdie on the eighth. She completed the back nine in level-par.

At two-under for the tournament, she was seven behind the leader, Japan’s Rio Takeda, who had a third round of three-under-par 69 to move to nine-under. Takeda led by two from Gig Stoll and Auston Kim of the United States, and Australia’s Cassie Porter.

Minjee Lee of Australia, Jeeno Thitikul of Thailand, and the Japanese duo of Mao Saigo and Ayake Furue shared fifth on six-under.

Reto shared 20th with Korean Somi Lee and Miyu Yamashita from Japan.
