Casey Jarvis overcame an early bogey in the third round of the Genesis Scottish Open at the Renaissance Club in North Berwick in Scotland on his way to a two-under-par 68.
His three birdies helped him to a share of 26th after the round which was only completed on Sunday morning after a lengthy fog delay. The South African Open champion had moved to six-under-par for the tournament ahead of the final round.
Up front, local favourite Robert MacIntyre was in a three-way share of the lead at 12-under-par with Min Woo Lee of Australia and England’s Matt Fitzpatrick. They led by one from Michael Thorbjornsen and Chris Gotterup of the United States and Korea’s Tom Kim.
Jacques Kruyswijk was on three-under-par in a share of 50th, and Shaun Norris was in a share of 58th on one-under.
Hennie du Plessis was the only other South African to make the cut, and he was in a share of 64th on one-over-par.
