Dlamini 3 back after opening 2-under in Saudi Ladies International

Swaziland’s Nobuhle Dlamini opened the Ladies European Tour’s Saudi Ladies International at Royal Greens Golf & Country Club in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia, with a two-under-par 70 on Thursday.

Her five birdies and three bogeys put her in a share of eighth, three shots behind the leaders Lydia Ko of New Zealand and Carlota Ciganda of Spain who each carded five-under-par 67. They were a shot clear of the Swedish duo of Johanna Gustavsson and Linnea Strom and Switzwerland’s Kim Metraux.

South African Women’s Open champion Lee-Anne Pace was on level-par 72 in a share of 29th, while Sacy Lee Bregman and Casandra Hall were in 66th on three-over. Nicole Garcia was on four-over and Lejan Lewthwaite on five-over.
