Level-par finish gives Easton top 10 in Swiss Challenge

Bryce Easton carded a level-par 72 on Sunday to finish in a share of eighth in the Challenge Tour’s Swiss Challenge at Golf Saint Apollinaire in Folgensbourg, France.

Easton finished the week on seven-under-par, seven strokes behind the winner Daniel Hillier of New Zealand. Hiller had a stunning final round of eight-under-par 64 to overhaul the leaders and win by two shots from Jeong weon Ko of France, with Oscar Lengden of Sweden in third a further two shots back on 10-under.

Deon Germishuys had a strong finish with a four-under-par 68 lifting him to five-under-par for the tournament and a share of 19th. Also on five-under was JC Ritchie, who closed with a five-under-par 67.

Easton climbed two places to 38th on the Challenge Tour rankings, while Germishuys and Ritchie stayed steady at 23rd and 10th respectively. The top 20 on the Road to Mallorca rankings at the end of the season all receive DP World Tour cards.
