Benjamin Follett-Smith’s first-round of 10-under-par 62 made sure he wasn’t going to be caught in the Bushveld Tour’s TrueSport TV Series #1 at Waterkloof Golf Club, and his closing seven-under 65 gave him the expected victory on Friday.

He made an eagle, seven birdies and two bogeys in his second round to move to 17-under for the 36-hole tournament, giving him a comfortable six-stroke victory over Keegan MacLachlan, who also closed with a 65 to finish on 11-under.

Werner Deyzel had his second successive 67 to finish on 10-under in third place, while Coert Groenewald and Matt Saulez shared fourth on nine under after closing rounds of 67 and 64 respectively.
