Ian Snyman rounded out his maiden Asian Tour season with a share of 56th in the BNI Indonesian Masters taking him to 19th place on the Order of Merit.
While his level-par showing for the week was not the performance he would have hoped for, he nonetheless won just under R3.8-million on the circuit to underline how consistently he played on the circuit.
After a great first two rounds, Mathiam Keyser battled over the weekend in the tournament, closing with a four-over 76th to finish in a share of 45th. Neil Schietekat signed off with a one-under 71 for a share of 48th. Ernie Els had a closing one-over 73 and shared 56th with Snyman.
Snyman was the top South African in the Order of Merit, with Zimbabwe’s Scott Vincent finishing in third place.
Next amongst the South Africans who finished inside the top 70 to retain their cards for the 2023 season was Jaco Ahlers in 35th. Keyser was in 62nd, and Schietekat was in 68th.
