Ian Snyman made the most of his delayed rookie season on the Asian Tour as he finished in 19th place on the Order of Merit at the conclusion of the 2022 season on Sunday.
Although he finished in a share of 56th in the BNI Indonesian Masters together with Ernie Els, three top 10s and a further three finishes inside the top 20 rounded out a good year for the South African. His best finish was a share of third early on in the season in the International Series Thailand.
He parlayed that into an appearance in the opening LIV Golf event in London and the second one in Portland, Oregon. He reaped the financial benefit of a short as he earned $321,000 across the two events.
