Da Silva shares 4th ahead of final round of Black Desert NI Legends

Adilson Da Silva carded a second round of four-under-par 68 on Saturday to move to six-under-par ahead of the final round of the Legends Tour’s Black Desert NI Legends at Galgorm Castle Golf Club in Ballymena, Northern Ireland.

Da Silva made an eagle, three birdies and a bogey and he was four strokes off the lead. At the top of the leaderboard, Markus Brier of Austria carded a three-under 69 in the second round to move to 10-under-par and a two-stroke lead over Mikael Lundberg of Sweden, who had a one-under 71 in the second round. Simon Griffiths of England was on seven-under, and Da Silva shared fourth with England’s Andrew Marshall and Van Phillips.

Last week’s winner, Steve Webster of England, was one shot further back in a share of seventh.

Darren Fichardt and James Kingston were in a share of 11th with, amongst others, Order of Merit leader Scott Hend of Australia, on four-under after rounds of 69 and 70 respectively. Keith Horne, second on the Order of Merit, was a shot further back on three-under after his second round of level-par 72.
