Hennie du Plessis made an eagle for the third day in a row on Saturday on his way to a second-successive five-under-par 67 in the third round of the DP World Tour’s D+D Real Czech Masters as he climbed into a share of 14th.

Du Plessis also made five birdies and two bogeys as he moved to 11-under-par for the tournament. That put him five strokes off the lead, which was shared by England’s Matt Wallace and Sami Valimaki of Finland. They too carded 67s, and they led by one from Dane Nicolai Hojgaard. Du Plessis shared 14th with five other players, including Ryder Cup hopefuls Robert MacIntyre of Scotland and Swede Ludvig Aberg.

Behind Du Plessis, JC Ritchie shot a level-par 72 to be on six-under in a share of 48th. Justin Walters also had a 72 to stay on five-under for the tournament in a share of 57th with Jayden Schaper, who also had a 72. Tristen Strydom had a one-over 73 and slipped to four-under in a share of 60th.
