Ryan van Velzen has ground his way through a full first season on the Sunshine Tour, with four top 10s, and six missed cuts. But in his 29th start on the tour, he survived weather delays and days where players had to get through playing up to 30 holes.
He also had to watch and wait while the very experienced Jaco Prinsloo came down the stretch at Euphoria with the lead, only to let his grip on the tournament slip with a double-bogey seven on the last hole.
