Keyser finishes 28th in Asian Tour’s DGC Open

Mathiam Keyser closed with a four-over-par 76 on Sunday to slip into a share of 28th in the Asian Tour’s DGC Open at Delhi Golf Club in New Delhi, India.

The tournament was won by Nitithorn Thippong of Thailand in a play-off after he finished on a total of seven-under-par together with India’s Ajeetesh Sandhu. Thippong closed with a one-over-par 73, while Shandhu had a one-under 71. Another Thai player, Settee Prakongvech, was in third on six-under.

Amongst the five other players sharing 28th with Keyser was fellow-South African Ian Snyman, who held it together to close with a level-par 72 after a tough third round of six-over 78.

The result kept Snyman in fifth place on the Asian Tour Order of Merit, with Keyser in 22nd.
