Caitlyn Macnab eagled the 18th hole on Friday on her way to a four-under-par 69 in the third round of the Ladies European Tour’s Lalla Aicha Q-School in Morocco.

Macnab played the Al Maaden Golf Marrakech course for the second time, with half the field also playing on the course at Royal Golf Marrakech. She also made four birdies and two bogeys in her third round as she moved to nine-under-par through 54 holes and a share of 11th.

With one round to go, and the top 20 and ties earning their LET playing privileges for 2026, Macnab knows she is just one round away from a place on the circuit for next season. She was four strokes off the three-way share of the lead which was held by American Anna Morgan, France’s Agathe Laisne and Dorota Zalewska of Poland.

Just two strokes outside the top 20 and ties was Nadia van der Westhuizen on five-under-par after her third round of four-under-par 69 at Al Maaden. She made five birdies and a bogey. She will want a final-round flourish if she is to earn her card.

Gabrielle Venter was a further sot back on four-under in a share of 40th after her 69 at Al Maaden. She made seven birdies and a bogey, but a double-bogey seven on the final hole made her task in the final round a little tougher.

Kaiyuree Moodley battled her way to a level-par 72 at Royal Golf Marrakech, and slipped all the way to a share of 68th on one-under through 54 holes.

Amateur Jordan Rothman had a two-under 71 in the third round to also be in a share of 68th.
