Lee-Anne Pace might have slid down the leaderboard in the final round of the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship last week, but her share of 30th was enough to see her climb 16 spots on the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings.
Pace moved to 177th, while both Ashleigh Buhai and Paula Reto – the other two South Africans in the field at Baltusrol last week – dropped two places to 15th and 80th respectively.
Only two other women in the top 10 South Africans on the list were in action last week: Stacy Bregman and Lejan Lewthwaite played the Ladies European Tour tournament in the Czech Republic, and slipped nine and seven spots respectively.
