At the halfway stage of the DP World Tour’s Qualifying School Final Stage, Jaco Prinsloo is the best-placed of the South Africans in the field after he carded a third-round four-under-par 68 on the Hills Course of the Infinitum resort in Tarragona, Spain.
It was the second round for Prinsloo on that course, with his other round having been played on the par-71 Lakes Course. Prinsloo carded a one-under 70 there for his first round, and, in his second round, he had a three-under 69 on the Hills Course. His 68 took him to eight-under for the six-round marathon, putting him in a share of 17th. The top 25 players and ties will win their DP World Tour cards for the 2023 season.
Keenan Davidse pulled himself up the leaderboard with a third-round five-under 66 on the Lakes Course. That took him to three-under and a share of 58th.
Dylan Naidoo has played two rounds on the Lakes Course, and his third round of two-under 69 came there. He’s two-under in a share of 68th.
Luke Brown is one shot further back on one-under in 78th after his third round of one-over 73 which came on the Hills Course.
Pieter Moolman has plenty of work to do after he carded a level-par 71 on the Lakes Course to move to five-over for the tournament and a share of 138th.
