Ian Snyman added a level-par 71 to his opening three-under-par 68 on Friday to move into a share of third place after the second round of the Asian Tour’s Kolon Korean Open at Woo Jeong Hills Country Club.
Snyman made a birdie and a bogey in an uneventful round, and will head into the weekend four shots off the lead. Seungsu Han of the United States leads at seven-under after he posted a second-round of two-under-par 69. He was three shots ahead of JK Lee of Korea, who had a 68. Snyman shared third with four other players.
Jaco Ahlers also had a second round of level-par, and, at two-over for the tournament, headed into the weekend in a share of 23rd. Neil Schietekat was on four-over after a three-over-par 74, and in a share of 40th.
Jbe’ Kruger missed the cut, as did Zimbabwean brothers Scott and Kieran Vincent.
