The third round was cancelled on Saturday at the Volvo China Open due to thunder and lightning in Shenzhen. Following the cancellation, the event will now be a 54-hole tournament with the third and final round to be played on Sunday.

Zander Lombard is the leading South African at 10-under-par in a share of seventh. He is six strokes off the lead held by Sebastian Soderberg of Sweden. Soderberg is three clear of England’s Paul Waring in second.
