Erik van Rooyen quietly climbed three places on the leaderboard on Saturday as he carded a three-under-par 68 in the third round of the PGA Tour’s Genesis Invitational at Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, California.

Van Rooyen made five birdies and two bogeys in his round to move to six-under-par for the tournament in a share of 26th place.
