On a day when scoring was a little easier, Charl Schwartzel held on in the wind with a two-over-par 74 in the third round of the Asian Tour’s International Series Qatar at Doha Golf Club.
That left the 2011 Masters champion on two-over-par for the tournament in a share of 12th. He was 10 strokes off the lead which was taken by American Andy Ogletree, who signed for a six-under-par 66 to move to eight-under and a five-stroke lead over Suradit Yongcharoenchai of Thailand.
Hennie du Plessis slumped to a six-over-par 78 to slide to a share of 34th on six-over. Yurav Premlall and Jbe’ Kruger were in a share of 54th on nine-over after rounds of 76 and 75 respectively.
